Very disappointed In Garrett Walker and the the Acoma Court team. We are being told we did not select the option to have a patio, the rep April continues to say the "extended patio is optional and we did not select it". I do not build homes so to me an extended patio insinuates a patio is standard and the option is to make said patio larger, apparently that is not the case. April has been less than helpful by only saying it is too late and we did not select the option. The house is still in the Pre drywall stage so I can not understand why paying for the upgrade is no longer an option, again I do not build homes so it may very well be too late due to reasons I am unaware of however I have had no explanation other than I did not select the upgrade. What should be an exciting time in life is becoming very stressful and annoying very quickly.
